Okay, so I don't want to wait another couple weeks before I mention that Clint and I are sitting on the edge of our seats on a couple of things. Our apartment contract is up in August...so we're working on things for a new place to live. This means that I'll start packing and consolidating as much as possible starting this week.
I also just started my own business and am waiting on some job options. More details on my business next week sometime for sure. I feel kinda silly for having not taken pictures of all the hard work Clint and I did for it tonight...sigh. I'll see what I can come up with for some kind of demo glimpse...
Anyway, I just felt the need to say something because I don't want to leave all my friends out there who like me, check every day for new blog posts because they satisfy some craving we have. <3s and hugs to all!

Prayers for Jon & Kate...
So, Jon and Kate Gosselin officially announced that they are getting a divorce. Although I was hoping it wouldn't happen, I can understand why and now feel that it's for the best. Jon went off the deep end. Kate is a strong loyal mother. She and her children deserve peace and joy. Jon does too, but I think he needs to mature again and be a man. I'm not exactly sure what I think of them continuing the show now, but they made the decision to continue on with it and I'm not going to judge them on that. I think it may be wise since it provides a substantial income without requiring Kate to work long hours away from her children as a nurse in a hospital and once divorced, I don't think the income Jon made from being an IT analyst supported their family to the extent that they require. I guess I'll watch and see what I think. Each member of their family is still in my prayers, and I think always will be throughout my life because of the impression they've made on me. I have to hope that someday, in the eternal scheme of things, that they will be together, whole again, a family forever...despite how their lives play out here on earth. It helps me have hope when I struggle with my own marriage like everyone else. I hope for them because I hope for me.

Short Update
Clint and I are still on the brink of a lot of things. The semester will be over in a month and a half and I am still looking for work. We finally broke down our budget and figured out what our official boundaries are with what we currently have to work with. Although there's not a whole lot of anything new or exciting to do being unemployed, I am keeping busy in the meantime. I babysit the energetic 3 year old son of some friends of ours 3 afternoons a week. I volunteer at the hospital: public relations, moral support, transporting people in the golf cart when the weather is bad, etc. More for the income than for something to do, I also try to donate plasma twice a week. I've finally saved enough to purchase my very first quadruple combination scripture set, but have yet to pick a color.
Husby and I are also trying to figure out where we are going to live once our current apartment lease is up. That has been difficult because we have been without our car for nearly a month. A valve inside the engine burnt out and there is a hefty toll to repair all the damage. We've been walking and biking just about everywhere except for a couple times that we've borrowed the neighbors car for short errands. It's been quite the month!
Clint is doing well in school and when he's not in class or at work, he's sleeping or relaxing with me while we play the Wii or watch a movie. Last night we watched "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." Oddly enough, he cried and I didn't! I was really tired though and haven't been feeling well. In any case, it was well done, though we could have done with the clean flicks version.
I guess that wasn't as short as I thought! I have to sign out now though...job interview in the morning and I have to shower and blow dry my hair tonight!
God Bless!
