New Look

So this is how the blog is going to look for now...I am having problems with the background but I got the widths where I want them and I like the font and colors.  I'm having a terrible time being motivated for school...5 semesters in a row is not kosher with me.  So if I get a chance to making a new blog it'll look like this but have a different url and just be a lot more about me with a side of us or vice versa.  I really don't know.  Also, my mom's been wanting a nice picture of Clint and I for quite a while but even though she quit bugging me about it I finally have one for her! (Mom, just click on the pic, then right click and save the image).
Every semester we get a new ward directory and since it's been over a year since our first picture, we got a new one.  I <3 my hair color!

T'sup?

So, I'm thinking about redoing our blog completely...as in trashing this one and starting all over with something fresh.  I've been debating for a long while if it's going to be written from my perspective only or me pretending to be both Clint and I.  He rarely posts and only once has it been his own idea.
I want to use a really cool font and have a very fluid template that I can mess with easily.  If you know how to do that, please comment or email me with tips!
What say you?

∑(Sarah*2010)...The Best Is Yet To Be...

When I was about ready to post this...a song from my playlist began with the preview tab I opened to see if the post looked how I wanted it to.  Please scroll down to the bottom and find Song #27.  It's called "This Too Shall Pass" from the awesome group OK Go.  Pay attention to the chorus.  The message of this song is so for me as I imagine what I want my life to become and what I need to do to create that life.

"Faith is for the future.
Faith builds on the past but never longs to stay there.
Faith trusts that God has great things in store for each of us and that Christ truly is the “high priest of good things to come” (Hebrews 9:11).
Keep your eyes on your dreams, however distant and far away. Live to see the miracles of repentance and forgiveness, of trust and divine love that will transform your life today, tomorrow, and forever.
That is a New Year’s resolution I ask you to keep."
It's been an alright year...but definitely had me quizzical a lot.
I truly hope and pray the best is yet to come.

Wait, what?!?

To all you good people sleeping right now like I should be---I was just looking through what I have left to do this term and to graduate.  For my own personal musing purposes...my school agenda for the next 10 days includes: *Baking: Practical & Written finals; *Stats: 1 Module, 1 Homework, 3 Quizzes, Project presentation & final draft; 1 final; *Externship: get one and make necessary arrangements!; *Job: get one! (why?  cuz Clint says you have to and if you're going to graduate in ~4 semesters, you better start saving up for the $1000 loan payments you plan on making to eliminate student loans in less than 3 years like you really want to do cuz 30 just sounds horrid. ok?  OK!)
So I could be finishing my time at BYU-Idaho next year this time...but it's more likely I'll stretch it till April or July 2012...How?
Winter 2011: 9-13 credits or just my MA externship (2 credits)
Spring 2011: MA externship (2 credits) if not done in Winter
Fall 2011: 5-14 credits (1 credit being internship for HS major)
Winter 2012: 12-14 credits (2 of which I could push to Spring term and then I'd graduate July 2012 instead)
I'm a lil panicky now...don't worry I'll be a lot panicky next year when the reality of having a degree after nearly 7 years is waiting around the bend to smack me in the face.  The cool thing is...I may actually graduate before I'm 25!  Wait, what?!?

It's 4:03 and I can't sleep

*Preface, there's a song that Clint and I like that the title of this post comes from.
So it's actually 3:52 right now, but I'm going to post this at 4:03.
I made this blog public again.  No one was reading it when it was private.  I fixed the reactions...so if you don't have time to comment, please at least give me some feedback by clicking one of the reaction boxes.  A bonus of the reactions is that it's totally anonymous, so if the post was boring, I won't know who thought so.
Anyway, I really can't sleep!  We're keeping the kittens out of our room for a few nights and to do that we have to shut our bedroom door which means it gets really warm in here when the heat comes on.  Another reason I can't sleep is that I pulled an all nighter Tuesday night and so my sleep clock is even more screwy than usual, esp. with daylight savings time thrown into the mix.  We keep styrofoam in our windows to cut down on our utility bills and that also messes with my circadian rhythm because not as much natural light gets in.  Clint recently suggested that we should paint or decorate the faces of each piece so our windows are more cheerful and 'light' inside and out.  Maybe we will do that at some point, but maybe we won't since we'll probably leave it for the people who take up residence in this cozy house when we move away from Rexburg someday.
Sigh, I want to yawn, but I'm so tired I can't sleep...I'm sore from cleaning yesterday and it is now 4:03 and I still can't sleep!
